Hayes Brothers Auto Glass

I've gone to Hayes Brothers three times and have been happy each time. One time they did mobile service and determined nothing needed to be done - didn't charge me for the service call. They also did excellent work on a full windshield replacement with camera calibration. Every staff member I've interacted with in person or on the phone has been helpful and friendly. The first time I went to them, I had called around a few places for pricing. They were price competitive for the work I had done.

So, I leave at my usual time (4am), put lunch bag in front seat passenger seat. Walked around my car and cleaned off the broken branches that were on and around my car. Got in, took off and it sounds like something is either underneath or hung up on my car. I looked over my right shoulder.....small window busted. I'm on I-80 West, and the window is flapping, hanging on by the tint. Made it and left work to deal with this issue. Well, Josh at Hayes Brothers Auto Glass got me right in. We chatted about life and our rivalry teams, Lions vs Packers. It was a pleasant afternoon to replace my horrible morning. Thank you Josh and the technician for a wonderful job.

I’ve been coming to this auto shop glass repair place for at least a decade, with our vehicles, getting windshield chips and cracks repaired Our 4Runner then, and now our 1500 RAM truck seems to attract high velocity rocks and pebbles on the Business 80 freeway. HIGH quality work is ALWAYS performed each and every time I’ve come here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Josh, the front desk/appointment maker fellow, always has a cheerful smile and professional demeanor. I had chance to meet the owner, Gabriel, who made me feel very welcomed. Just all round, good people, providing excellent service and care in taking care of our family’s automobiles.

Hayes answered the phone every time I called. They were courteous, very fast, gave me multiple quote, and repaired my window really well. Since driving it off their lot, there’s not been a single rattle. Very pleased with the service.

I was referred to Hayes Brothers Auto Glass because of their excellent service and quality products with attention to detail. They replaced my windshield quickly and efficiently, not to mention…with the OEM windshield ordered from BMW directly. They do NOT corners and the install and calibration was beautifully done. Josh communicated every step of the way and was very professional throughout the entire process. They also offer mobile service! Highly highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a family owned company that prioritize your needs and expectations. Thank you Josh and Team.
